Collection

Orders can be collected from our counter at Shop 4, Cnr Main and Hawthorne Road, Bergvliet, Cape Town, during business hours, once payment reflects. Bring your order number and proof of identity.

Delivery

We deliver nationally through third-party couriers. Delivery cost depends on weight, volume and destination and is quoted with your order. Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed, since they depend on stock and on the courier.

Risk

Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to you or to your nominated courier. Please inspect the packaging before signing, and note any visible damage on the waybill.

Shortages and damage

Report any shortage, incorrect item or transit damage as soon as possible after delivery, so that we can lodge a claim with the courier inside its own claim window.
